6 cattles and 19 small cattles infected with brucellosis have been detected during the regular inspections in Solak community of Kotayk marz since January, within the framework of “Vaccination of agricultural animals” program which according to the Directive on “Brucellosis Control and Prevention” were isolated and subjected to sanitary slaughter. New cases of brucellosis have not been detected in Solak community.
The specialists of the State Service for Food Safety of MOA, RA are implementing control against all diseases provided by the veterinary-epidemiological preventive measures in the scopes of “Vaccination of agricultural animals” program focusing on zoonotic diseases, including brucellosis.
