ՀՀ ԳՆ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությունThe production of “Chanakh cheese” of “Milky tad” LLC and “sour cream” of dairy factory of Garik Danielyan S.P. was suspended by the Decision of May 4, 2015 of the Head of the State Service for Food Safety of MOA of RA. During the inspection in both productions of “Milky tad” LLC and dairy factory of Garik Danielyan S.P. harmful products have been detected. According to the results of laboratory testing of the “Republican Veterinary-Sanitary and Phytosanitary Laboratory Services Center” SNCO the production of “Chanakh cheese” of “Milky tad” LLC with regard to MAFAM (Mesophilic aerobic and facultative anaerobic microorganism) does not meet the requirements of RA Government decision N 1925-N of December 21, 2006 “On the approval of technical regulation of the requirements for the production of milk and dairy products”, and “sour cream” of dairy factory of Garik Danielyan S.P. with regard to MAFAM and yeasts does not meet the requirements of the aforementioned decision.

Both producers were given the following instructions: to organize a sanitation day, sanitize the equipments, comply the production with the requirements as well as to produce a trial batch and present to the laboratory testing. At the same time an instruction was given to recall or utilize the batches of “Chanakh cheese” and “sour cream” produced on march 16, 2015.

Deadline for violation elimination has been set until May 20, 2015.
