The department of technical regulations and accreditation, in accordance with 156 point of the Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Commission defined by the decision № 98 of 23 December, 2014 of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council, for conducting public discussion in the framework of procedures of the regulatory impact assessment of the draft, informs about putting on the official website of Eurasian Economic Union (information and communication “Internet” network) the draft decision «On making amendments in the decision № 48 of 20 June, 2012 of the council of the Eurasian Economic Commission» of the council of the Eurasian Economic Commission and the documents package related to it prepared in accordance with the assignment № 16 of 23 December, 2014 of the council of Eurasian Economic Commission as well as the operating contractual database of the Eurasian Economic Union. The deadline for public discussion of the draft amendments is 27 April, 2015.
Proposals for the draft amendments are accepted until the end of the public discussion, also in written form, by completing a questionnaire on the draft amendments (in paper form), sending it to 115114, Moscow, Letnikovskaya str, h. 2, building. 1, building 2, as well as sending it electronically to the following address dept_techregulation@eecommission.org:
