By the Order of the Head of the State Service for Food Safety of MoA of RA the import of live birds (all types), all types of poultry products, raw materials (feather, fluff), eggs for sale and incubation, bone flour, feed, complementary feeding stuff (excluding the complementary feeding stuff containing synthetic and chemical materials), eggs’ polymer and cardboard boxes and small boxes from the Republic of Poland into the territory of the Republic of Armenia has been temporarily banned in order to prevent the entry of Avian influenza recorded in the Republic of Poland into the territory of the Republic of Armenia. The ban will be continued until the information on the elimination of highly pathogenic Avian influenza in the above mentioned countries is published.
The ban does not apply to the listed commodities exported from the above mentioned country before 9th of February, 2017.
