On 26 November, 2014 the delegation of the Argentine Republic headed by Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary, H. E. Diego. E. Alvarez Rivera paid an official visit to the State Service for Food Safety of MOA, RA in the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding on “Cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Argentine Republic” signed on 22 July, 2011.
The purpose of the visit was to get acquainted with the existing systems of food safety and veterinary-sanitary control.
Several issues on cooperation between the State Service for Food Safety of MOA, RA and the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Argentine Republic were discussed and agreements were reached.
