Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն ներկրվող 54 կգ քաշով չոր ապուրի բեռն ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի բացակայության պատճառով Բագրատաշենի սահմանային հսկիչ կետում ձևակերպվել է բեռի տնօրինման արգելման 05.09.12 թվականի № 830 կարգադրագիր: Երևանի սահմանային հսկիչ կետի տեսուչի կողմից բեռի զննման ժամանակ պարզվել է, որ բեռի պիտանիության ժամկետը լրացել է ս.թ. սեպտեմբերի 7-ին:
