2013թ. մայիսի 30-ին Գոգավան մաքսակետով Վրաստանի Հանրապետությունից Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն փորձ է արվել ներմուծել հինգ գլուխ խոզ (6-7 ամսական): Գոգավանի սահմանային հսկիչ կետի տեսուչի կողմից պետական սահմանային հսկողության ժամանակ պարզվել է, որ բացակայում են խմբաքանակն ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերը, և անասնաբուժական պահանջները բավարարված չեն, ուստի չի թույլատրվել կենդանիների ներմուծումը, և դրանք հետ են վերադարձվել:
